“President Biden claims to have respected the limits of presidential power. That’s absurd. He has openly and repeatedly defied Supreme Court decisions to push an illegal agenda. His administration selectively enforces the law against conservative Americans while abusing federal immigration laws. Tonight, he used the White House to continue a baldly political and bad-faith assault on the legitimacy of the Court.”
