Ricketts Announces Senate Internship Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) released the following video announcing his office’s Senate Internship program. Internships are available in Washington, D.C. and offices throughout Nebraska during the fall and spring semesters and over the summer.

Fall 2023 applications are due July 15, 2023, and Spring 2024 applications are due October 1, 2023. Applicants can find more information at ricketts.senate.gov/internships.

Senator Pete Ricketts: “Hi- this is Pete Ricketts, Senator for the great state of Nebraska.

“My offices’ internship programs are officially up and running! We are currently accepting resumes for the Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024 sessions. 

“Participants in our program will have a front-row seat to the federal legislative process and help our offices across the state serve the great people of Nebraska.

“Internships will be regularly available during the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

“While preference is given to Nebraska residents, anyone with a high school diploma or equivalent from any state may apply.
