Ricketts Announces New Mobile Office Hours, Celebrates Events in Two-Thirds of Nebraska Counties This Year

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Pete Ricketts (R-NE) released the following statement along with additional upcoming Mobile Office Hours his constituent casework staff will be hosting.

“When I first became Senator, my primary goal was to provide excellent customer service to every Nebraskan,” Ricketts said. “I am excited to announce our team has been hard at work to make that reality. By August 11, we’ll have hosted Mobile Office Hours in over two-thirds of Nebraska counties. I’m proud of the work our team does to help Nebraskans navigate the federal bureaucracy every day. If we can be of any assistance to you or your family, I hope you’ll contact us.”

At Mobile Office Hours, Ricketts’ staff are on-site to assist Nebraskans with their casework needs. If Nebraskans can’t get an answer in a timely manner or feel they have been treated unfairly, Ricketts and his staff may be able to help resolve the issue or help them get in touch with the correct people.

Ricketts’ team has hosted Mobile Office Hours in 57 countries to date including: Sioux, Scottsbluff, Banner, Kimball, Cheyenne, Morrill, Box Butte, Dawes, Sheridan, Buffalo, Howard, Sherman, Kearney, Phelps, Furnas, Gosper, Dawson, Custer, Rock, Keya Paha, Cherry, Thomas, Red Willow, Burt, Thurston, Dakota, Dixon, Wayne, Cuming, Stanton, Madison, Pierce, Cedar, Knox, Antelope, Boone, Holt, Boyd, Lancaster, Gage, Saline, Seward, York, Polk, Nance, Merrick, Hamilton, Sarpy, Douglas, Washington, Dodge, Saunders, Butler, Colfax, Platte, Richardson, and Pawnee. In addition to these counties, by Aug. 11th Ricketts’ team will have hosted Mobile Office Hours in Valley, Brown, Blaine, Wheeler, Greeley and Loup counties for a total of 63 counties.
