Government should provide high-quality customer service to all its citizens. When it doesn’t, Senator Pete Ricketts’ team works to demand and get results for Nebraskans. If you are having issues navigating the federal bureaucracy, we are ready to assist you.
The Privacy Act of 1974 requires written permission before a congressional office may make certain inquiries to a federal agency on your behalf. Please download, complete, and return a signed copy of the appropriate form.
Please complete the Privacy Release Form and return to one of Pete’s state offices or email a completed and signed form to casework@ricketts.senate.gov. This form is used for most all cases unless you have an issue related to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or the State Department.
If you are a constituent with an issue related to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or the State Department, please download a copy of this Privacy Release Form.
